My pants keep getting looser and looser. Not that I'm complaining but it is sort of irritating in some ways. I've been doing *a lot* of exercise, mainly running 5 days/week. I know muscle weighs more than fat and maybe I'm gaining more muscle, but I've been running for 20 years, so I can't imagine I'm gaining that much more muscle than I've ever had. But I don't know how else to explain why I keep needing to buy new pants when I haven't lost any weight in a month. Do you think it's from muscle gain? I can wear size 6 now, which last time I was able to wear I weighed 20 lbs less than I do now.

I have had a similar experience. I wear a size that I used to wear when I was five pounds lighter, but it fits fine at this weight. I do think our body shape changes with this diet.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I have only been on SB for four weeks. I lost about 7 pounds in P1. I lost less than a pound last week and so far haven't lost anything this week. But my pants are fitting so much looser. I was told to measure myself too.....so when the pounds aren't coming off, you can see the results in inches.

Hey,

I have a similar problem. I actually haven't lost any more weight since I've been in phase 2, but I had business trips and lunches 2 weeks in a row. I am able to get into my old jeans which are sixes and eights. They are tighter than they were when I was 135, but I used to wear my jeans very loose. So actually, they aren't tight at all!

Good for you Sheneq!! Those non-scale victories are often more satisfying!! Those jeans are going to get more and more comfortable!! Keep up the good work!
