Getting back in the game!

After being super sick and not being able to eat much of anything I am finally ready to get back to my Phase II eating plan. I still have a house full of wheat thins and non-SBD friendly cereals that were all I could stomach earlier in the week, and I keep picking at them, but I know it's time to put them down! I haven't been able to work out this week because I'm still weak but I'm getting back on track with the eating today and hopefully I'll be able to hit the gym soon.

It will get better as soon as you feel better.
I too had been under the weather, and I amazingly thought i'd be dead not-hungry, but was completely opposite.

Glad you are starting to recover. Can you give those foods to someone or bring them to work or some other communal eating space for others to eat? Throw them to the birds? Good luck getting back on track, it sounds like you have a good outlook!
