***Challenge for today: Drink 2 more glasses of water than you normally do! (remember, 8 oz is only the size of a child's cup!) ***

Well, I've gotten my weekly menu and shopping list organized and am ready to go to the grocery store. All I have to do is wait for my kids to wake up from their naps. Unfortunately, this means I need to scrounge one more meal before going shopping. Hopefully I can find a can of tuna or something. LOL.

Here is my day so far:
B: zuchinni, celery and onion in an egg scramble; coffee w/milk
L: oatmeal w/peanut butter
S: celery w/laughing cow cheese
D: depends on how shopping goes!
S: SF fudgsicle or SF pudding

Hello ladies!

Thanks for starting the thread today, Leslie. Here's what I have for today:

B: Yogurt (in a rush)
S: String Cheese
L: Turkey Chili, 1 cup broccoli, 2 cups baby spinach salad with Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing.
S: Apple
D: Not sure yet.

Happy Thursday everyone!! So looking forward to the weekend. Been a rough week.


B - WW toast, yogurt, and milk


S - peppers and hummus


L- Grilled Peanut Chicken with salad (probably put too much dressing on it, but it was good)


S - apple and cheese


D - out (either Italian or Mexican. I have been good at both places, so should be easy)

I am doing P1 for a few days to get back on track. Today is day 2. I am so happy that I did P1 faithfully yesterday.

B: Spinach quiche, lf mozza cheese stick, V-8, vitamins and green tea
S: Raw veggies with sweet onion dressing(my favorite)
L: Salad with lots of veggies, lf cheese, salmon and some kind of SB friendly dressing.
Light jello with lf yogurt. Glass of milk. Green tea.
S: PB and celery(another favorite)
D: Hamburger cabbage casserole, some kind of steamed veggie. Diet Pepsi and also a
glass of milk.
S: Vanilla ricotta

I always drink my quota of water. I make sure that I have a litre of water before I even go to work in the morning. In total I usually drink 2.5 litres of water, plus my green tea, milk and diet pop. So I am definitley not dehydrated.

Here's what's cookin' over here...

B: Kraft SB cereal bar, 1/2 banana (in a hurry)
S: None
Early L: Huge cobb salad, a little fruit off DD's plate
S: SF/FF hazelnut latte, yogurt
S2: Mozzerella cheese stick, milk
D: Left over Big Easy Shrimp, salad, broccoli
Dessert: Apple with natural PB or Banana creme pudding (Not sure yet)

Lots and lots of H2O-- never a problem here! :-)
