Finally Friday P2 Check-in

Hello everyone,
I for one am happy that it is finally Friday!
Here's what I have for today:
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese (cheat!), 12oz V8
S: cheese stick
L: spinach salad w/ broccoli, roasted red peppers, chicken, kidney beans and Olive oil & vinegar
S: some kind of fruit
D: Veggie burger with avocado and spinach on WW pita
S: SBD PB cup

As they say TGIF!
Day 3 of P1 for me. Hopefully after today the cravings will be gone. We will see. It sucks though, because I am off to watch my daughter play volleyball this weekend, so being aways tends to set me in the wrong direction. I just have to keep telling myself that I am in control of what I put in my mouth. Weekends are always the toughest for me. I don't have access to the board on weekends so that doesn't help either. Wish me luck!
Today I am having:
B: 1 egg/egg white omelet with lf cheese, mushrooms, red pepper and onion. V-8,
vitamins, and green tea.
S: Raw veggies with hummus
L: Small spinach salad, lentil soup, ham sandwich(on romaine)with lf cheese and mustard. Glass of milk.
S: Celery with light lc cheese
D: Grilled chicken breast, steamed beans and steamed brussell sprouts. Diet Pepsi and a
glass of milk.
S: Don't know yet, might try the PB cup for the first time.
