Should i be losing more then 2lbs a week after phase 1?
I've lost 4-6 lbs in one week on Phase 2. Is this still normal after Phase 1???
I thought that Phase 1 was the rapid (and crave control)
and that Phase 2 was the Gradual and Perm.
I guess i dont wanna screw things up and over do it, however i do like the loss and am not complaining!
Just wanna make sure I'm doing things right.
I do have a problem with Veggies. (only time i have em is with dinner (usually green beans)
or salad. And It depends on the salad. (Subways i get the pepperocinies, pickles, lettuce, sometime Jalapenos's)
at home its the Lettuce from the Bag!
My Menu of a Typical day.
Breaskfast
Omlete , (has canadian Bacon chopped, w/ half a lite cheese stick, and 1/4 c chedder.)
1 cup of Milk. (sometimes a few strawberries) or a Peice of Toast. (6-4-60)
Snack
Yogurt (rasp, straw.)
Lunch
salad w/veggies, (w/ lean meats) or a Chilli from Wendys (if i'm out)
Snack
Apple, (some fruit) or a Fudgecicle.
Dinner
Grilled Chicken, Crock Pot Roast, or BBQ Steak. Green beans, Salad (w/carbwell italian)
1 cup milk.
Snack
30 pistachio's, or a fudgecicle, or SBPB cup.
This really is my typical, and with a few changes here and there.
I also drink close to a gallon of water if not more a day! Usually!
I'm not much of doing exercise other then my chasing of the kids and house work.
Would this make things lose even faster?
Should i be concerned? or suck it up and enjoy it and hope it continues! I'd love it!





I asked a very similar question awhile ago about my dh. He started with 83lbs to lose, he lost 15 on phase 1, then for the first 2 months of phase 2 he kept losing about 4 a week. He was eating plenty (even "indulging" more than me - extra glass of wine or extra nuts and such and no excercise). But even with his 4 lbs a week, I was losing 1-2 lbs a week - I still "beat" him to my halfway point and have now lost about 55% of my weight goal and he has lost 48%. So even though he was losing a lot per week, we were still about the same really - don't know if I'm making any sense LOL!
Now at 3 months into phase 2 he has slowed down and the last 2 weeks just lost 1lb each week.
The cl's will have better info of course, and I don't remember how much you have to lose, but I think that for some people who maybe have a bit more to lose, it can go pretty quick at first, even past phase 1. I'd guess that it WILL slow down eventually.
I don't know how far you are into phase 2, but I didn't see any grains/starches on your menu, just fruit - maybe its time to add one?

I experienced the same kind of weight loss. I lost most in phase 1, and the rest in the first couple of weeks of phase 2. Your meal plan looks great - except that you should be eating more veggies! How about some v-8 with breakfast? Or add some veggies to your omelet? You might also want to
