A little belated, but I thought I'd do a check in and see how everyone is doing today! I was wayyyyyy bad yesterday (a planned cheat, but went overboard!) so I'm back to being really good today. TOM is lurking so I'm blaming my misdeeds on that! LOL. Anyway, here's what's up here...
B: Cheese stick, V-8 (in a hurry)
S: SF/FF iced vanilla latte, vanilla yogurt
L: Chicken fajitas (no tortillas) with lots of onions, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, bell peppers-- a tiny bit of guacamole, cheese, beans, sour cream and tortilla soup (no tortillas)-- Mexican restaurant
S: LC cheese wedge, pear, handful of peanuts, milk
D: Huge salad
D: SF/FF chocolate pudding with FF rediwhip
Exercise: 7.5 miles on the recumbent bike, weight training

Checkin in for the weekend, too! Hope you're all enjoying the weekend. It's REALLY nice here in SE michigan. I'm even wearing a sleeveless shirt and only feeling *slightly* self-conscious. LOL.
We are having neighbors over this afternoon and I have a Greek menu planned:
Grilled chicken (marinating in lemon and garlic as we speak)
Burgers and whole wheat buns
Couscous salad w/tomatoes, cukes, feta, red wine vinegar, parsley, olive oil
Lentils w/carrots and celery, yogurt as condiment
Veggies for the burgers, plus all the condiments
The rest of my menu today:
B: I made all the veggies for an omelette and then found out that we had no eggs! So I put my filling in a whole wheat pita instead. It was actually pretty tasty.
S/L: banana and peanut butter yogurt
D: see above
S: not sure, but probably something the neighbor is bringing.
I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to eat! ROFL. The only indulgence I may partake in is beer, but I figured with the rest of the meal being so darn healthy, it was an ok splurge.
Yesterday my menu looked like this:
B: omelette w/veggies, ham and feta
L: small sandwich on a babysized whole grain pita, banana on the side
D: chicken salad w/lots of veggies in it, on top of bed of lettuce
S: 2 small cookies (shhh..... ;-p )
I haven't seen any loss yet, but it hasn't even been a week since I've gotten myself on board again. On the plus side, I am very comfortably sitting in a size 14 pants. When I began this weight loss journey at size 22, I *NEVER* would have guessed I'd ever be in a 14 again. Heck, I may even get to a 12 now! :)
