Are the low carb wraps at Subway ok for phase 2?

What is a good brand name for whole grain bread?

Thanks!

Does anyone know if the wraps would count as 1 or 2 grain servings? I'm guessing 2 as they are pretty BIG (to me they look 2x the size of a La Tortilla Factory small tortilla)

Just to add to what Cathy said, as far as the wraps are concerned, every Subway I've ever been to makes you tell them exactly what you want in your wrap (rather than just making it as is on the menu), so you can pick and choose your ingredients. I used to think that was a pain in the butt with Subway, but now I think it's great. You get it just how you want it without worrying about what ingredients you have to pull off.
