Need to eat more veggies!

This week I'm going to add more veggies to my meal plan. Last week it was my TOM and I was sick so I don't think I ate enough veggies. That's why my weight loss has stalled. I'm going to continue with phase 2, but I will have 1 starch and 1 fruit only on most days.
I binged on cashews this weekend! Not good, but at least it wasn't Snickers! I also tried the sweet potatoe french fries and they were awesome! I could definitely eat those with a burger. I think that will be next Saturday night's meal!
I'm still hitting the gym daily, but I usually end up eating 2 servings of cereal because I'm so hungry afterwards and I just stuff myself. This week I will try to gain more control.

Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well! Sometimes we just have to focus on feeling better, even if that means we leave the beach for a few days.
I love this: "I binged on cashews this weekend! Not good, but at least it wasn't Snickers!" What a great attitude to have!!!!
If you want cereal after working out, make sure it is one that is high in fiber. Also, maybe add some fat to your after workout snack. A piece of cheese with your cereal may help satisfy you better.

Adding cheese is a great idea. I hadn't thought about that. I don't like veggies with my breakfast unless it's an omelette (but I hate eggs) so I have decided to have a midmorning veggie snack and try to add some cheese.
I was able to find Kashi Good Friends and 2 more by some European brand that are legal. Good Friends is my favorite. Phase 1 must have really worked for me because I have been a sugar addict since I can remember. I would put a whole cup of sugar in Wheaties! I know that's disgusting. Now Good Friends tastes so good to me. That's part of the reason I binge on it in the morning. I LOVE the taste!
