Rainy Monday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning!

It's kind of dull and potentially stormy here.  Perfect for my feelings on Mondays! LOL  It's been a week but I still miss my ^Gandalf^ so very much and am scared about losing Gracie.  I think we may end up having the expoloratory surgery to get a conclusive diagnosis....

Our Patches is going to the vet today since she's had some asthma-like breathing problems.  If I'm being tested by God I hope it'll be over soon because I do not want to see my furkids sick or suffering anymore.

I digress....thanks for listening.....on to SB!

Has anyone tried the new SB meals?  I saw them at the store the other day along with SB cereal.  I wonder if this will help anyone to stay with the plan better?  And do you find having Kraft foods support SB helps also?

I am planning on starting over with some P1 meals tomorrow.  Today I ran late and just grabbed yogurt.  I need a kick start and to get rid of cravings again.

How is your day going?  What is your menu like?  Are you exercising today and drinking water?

Talk to you all soon....

Hey

Well today I went clothes shopping. I had to my DOG ate 2 of my pants and my jeans ripped from being old. LOL So I was down to 2 pair of pants that I could wear and one was too big. LOL So I bought me a pair of jeans and capris and a few tops. The jeans and capris are al ittle tight but I did that because this way I can wear them longer. I tried to hold out on buying clothes but I had too.

As far a menu goes it hasn't been great but I didn't get a Italian veggie thing at the Italian restraunt with zucchini, eggplant, onions, peppers. IT was really good. I also had a salad with zuchini, white asparagus, mushrooms, and a few more veggies. I did put a little dressing not much since I had no clue if it was diet and the waiters didn't speak english.

all in all a good day.

Aw, I'm sorry you're down. It's so hard, I know. Hugs.

Dallas is wet, but sunny. I've been trying to get to the gym for 2 hours, but the kids aren't cooperating! LOL. I have my workout clothes on so maybe we'll get there eventually! ;-)

Suzy, I have tried a couple of the Kraft SB meals and they are decent. I also eat the SB cereal bars every few days for breakfast and I really like the cranberry almond one!

B: Diet DP, V-8, SB cereal bar, 1/2 banana
S: Mozzerella stick, milk
L: Planning on eating at the gym cafe (if we get there!): Tuna salad on lots of greens, cucumber, tomato, SF/FF iced vanilla latte
S: Red bell pepper with hummus, yogurt
D: Chicken tortilla soup (no tortillas), salad, broccoli
Dessert: Apple with pb or SF/FF chocolate pudding

Exercise: Hopefully... 30 minutes cardio (bike or eliptical or treadmill or combo.) and 30 minutes weight training

Have a good rest of the day!!!

Roflmbo!!! Sorry for laughing but I can TOTALLY relate....giggle! When we had the gs cookies I had to beg dh to keep them with him at work so I wouldn't be tempted to eat them. Thank goodness they're all gone now!

I like the new LC meals. They are interesting and many are SB friendly. I have yet to try the new SB foods but I will. Back to P1 for me so I can get control again.

We can do this Tricia. Remember once we get into the habit of eating healthy it gets easier. I hope all is well with you there. How's spring in Alaska?
