Rainy Monday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning!

It's kind of dull and potentially stormy here.  Perfect for my feelings on Mondays! LOL  It's been a week but I still miss my ^Gandalf^ so very much and am scared about losing Gracie.  I think we may end up having the expoloratory surgery to get a conclusive diagnosis....

Our Patches is going to the vet today since she's had some asthma-like breathing problems.  If I'm being tested by God I hope it'll be over soon because I do not want to see my furkids sick or suffering anymore.

I digress....thanks for listening.....on to SB!

Has anyone tried the new SB meals?  I saw them at the store the other day along with SB cereal.  I wonder if this will help anyone to stay with the plan better?  And do you find having Kraft foods support SB helps also?

I am planning on starting over with some P1 meals tomorrow.  Today I ran late and just grabbed yogurt.  I need a kick start and to get rid of cravings again.

How is your day going?  What is your menu like?  Are you exercising today and drinking water?

Talk to you all soon....

Hi,

I think Singapore is overrated for a place to visit if you want to get a real taste of Southeast Asia. There isn't much culture and not much to do that fantastic. The zoo is nice, but the shopping in the U.S. is much better and cheaper. Thailand and Bali I would highly recommend.

This is my 4th week on phase 2 (I think) so I guess it's about 6 weeks. I have lost body fat, but I think my weight stalled because of some business lunches. I hate when I have to slurge on things that I don't even want to eat. Getting healthy food here is a joke. Steamed rice is considered healthy. My coworker said to me today that she brought her lunch and is going to eat healthy like me. She brought 2 pieces of fruit, biscuits (more like cookies) and cream cheese. What kind of meal is that????

I do need to work on the dairy, but sometimes we have a hard time finding milk (at least the only kind that I find drinkable!) LOL

I am terrible with sweet stuff in the house. It's like I can't stop eating it until it's all gone. There is no 'eat a little and save some for later' here in my house.

Spring in Alaska...it's torture. There is still snow on the ground but the sun is shining. Everything is melting so it's terribly wet so you can't go to the park or anything because there is still a foot of melting snow. It doesn't get dark until 10pm but there still isn't much to do yet, the trails are all muddy.
