Pepperidge Farms English Muffins

So I was planning to make breakfast "sandwiches" this week with eggs, lf cheese, and ww english muffins. To my dismay when I went to the store all the Thomas' ww english muffins were sold out! I found some Pepperidge Farms 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins and I was wondering if they are ok. They have 3 grams of fiber per serving and the first ingredient is whole wheat flour. What do you think??

Hi!
I tried to see if the Pepperidge Farm website listed ingredients - it doesn't.
Can you list the first 5 ingredients? Let's make sure the whole wheat is NOT enriched and that there are no hidden sugars.
Hi V,
Can you list every bit of the nutritional panel details, as well as the ingredients?
Ingredients are:
whole wheat flour, water, farina, yeast, wheat gluten, contains 2 percent or less of sugar, molasses, honey, cultured buttermilk, salt whey, vegetable oils . . . and some other stuff that I don't recognize.
I think this is pretty good. Each serving (an english muffin) has 3 grams of fiber. I'm not sure how they compare to Thomas' but I'm guess it's close . . .
V, in addition to this, can you give us the whole nutritional panel, too?
I just bought these as they were cheaper than the Thomas's (and I had a coupon). Did you like them? I'm going to make egg sandwhiches this weekend.

Norma,
I love my egg, cheese & canadian bacon sandwiches on English Muffin.
