Good morning all.

Well, I finally got to eat last night around 6:30 - I ate a chicken wrap and deviled eggs. they were so yummy....especially since I hadn't eaten all day due to having blood work done and I needed to fast for that.

I totally had yummy SBD illegal foods last night at our girls night out get together. ah, well today is a new day.

So today I am off to a good start.

B. egg omlet with veggies, turkey, ham and cheese, skim milk, and a banana
s. nuts or cheese
l. Chicken, ww pita, and I will have to see what else I have
s. nuts or cheese
d. Your guess is as good as mine. But it will be healthy and SBD legal.
desert? most likely a pb cup.

I have not been very good on this diet at all. I plan to hit phase 1 again once I get passed Kelsi's due date. There is just so much going on emotionally with all of that. I had to add the chocolate back in...but that is really the only thing that got added in. But I didn't do that until I got so frustrated with the stupid scale. I only added it back in last week.

Well, I hope everyone has a good craving free and healthy day.

S: Orange
L: Veggie burger with 1/2 c. spinach, LF cheese on WW tortilla
Veggie and tofu soup (leftover Chinese food)

I think that's it...increasing daily fruit and grains to 2 each this week!

I am so frustrated with myself. I just can't seem to get on track. I did not follow my eating plan yesterday. Ate okay during the day, than in the evening I blew it. Too ashamed to mention what I stuffed in my face. I didn't even have cravings. So I decided to go for a run. Just getting back into it, because I pulled my inner thigh. It is still not a 100 %, but I can't wait forever. It is amazing how out of shape a person can get from not exercising for a whole month. I was exercising faithfully six days a week, and then got injured. I did weigh myself this morning, and I am down one lb. It probably would have been more if I wasn't such a pig. Whatever, just had to vent.

So once again, here is my plan:

B: spinach quiche, V-8, vitamins and green tea
S: raw veggies with SB friendly dressing
L: salad with lots of veggies and chili on top. Light jello with yogurt
S: ham rollup with spinach and hummus
D: pulled pork with peppers, onion, lettuce in a ww pita. Diet pepsi
S: PB cup

Good afternoon to everyone,

Not a bad day so far. Staying on track, except for water. Just too busy to get up and get some. Will try after lunch.

We are having a going away party for the head of my legal group this afternoon, so that will be a challenge. I think I will just bring my grapes and chesse in with me and hopefully resist the goodies.

Going to the gym tonight (YAY), so hopefully I will

I haven't been posting lately because I've been in a very stubborn stall for the past 9 weeks. So last Monday I decided to re-assess what I've been eating that could contribute to the stall, and made sure all the foods I was eating were within the SBD guidelines. Whether this helped me or not, I found out that I have lost another 3 pounds since last Monday. This makes a total of 9 pounds in 2½ months. For someone who is insulin resistant, and not exercising much, it's quite an accomplishment for me. I have also been getting some outdoor exercise in by cleaning out my flower beds, and pruning my rose bushes. I don't know if this had anything to do with the scales moving again, but I'm a happy camper today. Now I hope it keeps moving in the minus direction some more.

My menu plan for today is:

B: 2- 3" ww pancakes w/sf syrup
2 slices turkey bacon
1 scrambled egg
8 oz. 1%milk and coffee
S: none..big & late breakfast
L: salad w/roasted chicken & Carb Well dressing
Diet Sunkist
5 Triscuit chips
S: lf yogurt
D: Uncle John's Chili on ww pasta
1% milk
S: apple w/pb
*Need to buy more lettuce for salads..ran out!

Hugs, Melissa. I know this must be a really hard time. Hang in there, Sista-- you're doing great!

It looks like a lot of us are struggling to either stay on track or struggling with stalls. I wouldn't even weigh this week because I'm SO SICK of this stall I'm on. I started SBD this time around on 2/21 and I've only lost FOUR lbs. so far. I've had a few cheats here and there, but I've mostly been really good so I don't know what's up (last time around I lost 10 lbs. in 2 months, no exercising, and cheated A LOT more than this time around-- SO FRUSTRATING!!!). I am also exercising 4-5 days a week now, religiously. Ugh... Anyway, I'm meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow and I'm hoping to go over my meal plans with her, get some advice on making my exercise program more effective, etc. We'll see... Okay, done with the rant...

I've been running around like crazy today so I'm just NOW eating normally for the first time today. My DD is sick so I've been to the pedi, the store, etc... and haven't had time to take care of myself. Here's what's going on:

B: On the run: Diet Dr. Pepper, Kraft SB cranberry and almond cereal bar
S: None, but I did drink 3 bottles of water in the car!
L: Turkey breast and apple with pb (on the way out the door)

I just got home and am going to have some red pepper with hummus and some tortilla soup (no tortillas)-- it's full of black beans and tomatoes and V-8.

S: Celery with LF alouette cheese spread
D: Scallops sauteed in olive oil, salad, asparagus
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding

Have a great rest of the day, everyone! Hang in there!!!
