AND...........they took another 1/2 pound along with them. WhooHooo!!!!! I see now that my choices weren't all that great. Hopefully this weekend I will get a chance to make some quick grab breakfasts. Do the breakfast burritos freeze well???
Today I planned ahead and have my Whole Wheat English Muffin which I will toast and top with Peanut Butter or 2% cheese, haven't decided yet. Then for snack I have Yoplait Light yogurt.
I know having your meals planned ahead is important and helps with success, but am I the only one that finds that kind of restrictive???
Also, just found the South Beach pizzas in the grocery!!! YES!!! I love pizza!!!!

I know what you mean - I don't really like sticking to a "meal plan". I never know exactly what I *feel* like eating on a certain day, ya know? So what I do is plan out my meals for the week (7 lunches, 7 dinners, etc.) I write them all down, shop for them, and have all the stuff in the house to make each of them. But I don't necissarily assign them a day. So each morning I kind of pick which sounds good for that night. And a lot of times I will find a new recipe I like mid-week and add that instead of something that was on my list. So just because you make a meal plan doesn't mean its set in stone and you can't change your mind - but it gives you a good back up of things you KNOW you have all the ingredients for so that if you don't have time to think about it that day there is something there.
I knew those 3 lbs would disappear as quickly as they came! Yeah!
