Hope everyone is doing well today! It's Friday and I've never been more grateful! (I think I say that every Friday though ;)
Here's what I have for today:
B: Oatmeal with 3/4c milk, 1.5tsp PB
S: 3/4 cup plain yogurt with SF apricot preserves mixed in (YUM!)
L: Spaghetti squash with SF tomato sauce, leftover broccoli bake and some kind of protein (TBD), with 6 triscuits.
S: banana
D: Not sure yet...probably more broccoli bake and a veggie burger.
S: SB PBC
I am happy to report that I have almost fully recovered from my 5 days of tiny cheats. 1lb of that 1.5lb increase is gone and I'm doing great. I've switched to plain FF yogurt and mix in stuff myself and I've added more grains (most days 2, some 3)- it's been working out really well! Hope everyone has a great day!

Hmmm todays check in..
I have noticed i have to stick with my Omlette in the morning, and toast to keep me filled, and satisfied, and no fruity stuff till snack (which is my yogurt) otherwise i crave it all day long.
I've finally hit a No-lose point for 3days, and plateau'ed so I' need to work on finding what works again!

I'm so glad it's Friday! Here's what I have going on today...
B: 4 egg whites, 1 slice WW toast with Smart Balance, 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 pieces of turkey
S: V-8
L: Salad with chicken, cheese, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing (not low-fat, I'm sure-- I was out), iced tea
S: 2 oatmeal cookies (my trainer told me to add those! Love her!), milk
D: Going out-- Mexican-- will stay on track, except for a beer

Marge, I found the same thing! I can't eat cereal or yogurt for b'fast or I'm not satisfied. I guess that's from eating so many eggs on P1. I'm only just starting P2. I'm barely doing it because I'm so afraid. I've just kind of added some fruit in as my snack.
