So, I had a Pep Farm English Muffin this morning. Now a full english muffin is 1 or 2 bread servings? Now I bought these w/w wraps (7g of fiber and the ingredients are fine according to SBD guidelines and the site). Anyway, it's 2oz. So that's 2 pieces of bread, right? So is that too much in one day? Because 2 slices of bread is 2 servings? I'm really confused here. I dont want to screw this up.

Thanks. Norma

Thanks. It does help. So I should chose to have either a starch at b'fast or at lunch basically. I was missing my sandwhiches (I love a turkey sandwhich stuffed tons of lettuce and cukes). So I should stick with omlettes for b'fast.

What do you do? Do you stick with salads for lunch? I'm always lost for lunch ideas. And I stink at meal planning. I dont know why.

Thanks. Norma :O)

You can have oatmeal or cereal for breakfast and still have a sandwich for lunch.

I usually have oatmeal or cereal for breakfast and then a half sandwhich (or an open face sandwhich sometimes) with a big salad or cup of veggie soup for lunch. So I am having 1 serving for breakfast and 1 for lunch. So you can do both if you choose things that are just 1 serving!
