My example phase 2 menu 4 manana

Its harder to figure out what you can eat then to just know what you can't eat! LOL..anyways here are some more questions...
Okay so tommorow on day 1 of phase 2..for breakfast I want to have some oatmeal..the recommended amount with some sugar free syrup to flavor it, is this ok?
1st snack..maybe some V8 juice and maybe some cottage cheese if I am hungry enough..
Lunch..a salad w/lettuce & cucumbers..w/ceasar dressing and maybe a pieice of l/f cheese.
secnond snack..half an apple with some all natural peanut buttter...
Dinner would be whatever meat and some steamed veggies of some sort...probably broccoli..and of course plenty of water throught the day and even maybe a glasss of crystal light..
Well..how does this sound for a first day? Anything I should replace, omit or add??
