Strawberries and butternut squash?

Are strawberries and butternut squash allowed in phase 2? I thought they would be, but on the foods to avoid/enjoy list they aren't on there. Also, if they are what is considered a serving size for the strawberries?

Strawberries are allowed, the foods to enjoy list just says "berries, all".
As for the butternut squash, just go to the top of this board, to the little box that says "find messages about" and type in butternut squash. It IS allowed, but counted as a starch serving, and when you do the search, you will find some messages containing recipes and allowed amounts.
Hope that helps!
Michele
