Hope everyone is doing good today. I'm sipping on some coffee contemplating going to the gym. Stayed up too late last night watching Medium and then couldn't go to sleep. I snacked last night but stayed within the realm of sbd. I had a bowl of cereal and then still wasn't satisfied (not hungry, just not satisfied) and then I ate a couple of those lite baby bell cheeses and a sf popsicle. I know it's a lot but I was happy I didn't eat icecream w/ chocolate syrup. :0
b: 3 links turkey sausage cut up in scrambled eggs w/ spinach and feta
s: lite baby bell
l: salad w/ chicken breast, sliced almonds, red & yellow peppers sprinkled w/ cheese
s: almonds
d: WW spaghetti w/ Turkey Italian sausage and carb options tomato sauce w/ a dinner salad. Garlic toasted ww roll.
s: sf popsicle or a fudgsicle.

Hi Tricia,
Things here in NYC are going well - another warm day for us (won't last too much longer, unfortuneatly!). Even though you snack, you stayed with legal foods which is definitly an accomplishment! Here's what I have for today:
B: Oatmeal w/ 3/4c. skim milk and 1.5tsp PB
S: FF Plain yogurt w/ SF apricot preserves mixed in
L: WW tortilla w/ veggie burger and spinach, small portion of eggplant lasagna (YUM!)
S: cheese stick w/ apple
D: Probably tuna with triscuits, spinach salad and cheesy broccoli bake.
S: SBD PBC

I'm happy that I went and worked out. I was getting very lazy and contemplating not going but my post made me change my mind. I'm glad I went. I only did 30 min of cardio on the elliptical trainer but it was a nice start. I'm just now eating my yummy breakfast. Definitely on a good roll today.

Hopefully the change in routine doesn't mess you up but it looks like you have your day pretty well planned out so you should do okay. It's hard when you have to wake up and get moving earlier then you are used to, especially with

Here's what I've got going on today...
B: Diet Dr. Pepper, 1/2 banana, mozzerella cheese stick
S: None (on the road)
L: Fast Food salad with chicken, cheese, broccoli, tomato and blue cheese dressing (I'm sure NOT SB-friendly), a little bit of my DD's apple chunks
S: Apple with natural pb, Carb Countdown milk
S: Red bell pepper with hummus, V-8
D: Not sure... maybe fish or scallops with vegetables
S: Yogurt
No exercise today!

Hi everyone.
The exercise did make you a little more hungrier. I don't see that you are eating a lot, it doesn't look like that much to me. In the book it says you shouldn't be hungry so if you think you are eating more then usual maybe drink some water and make sure you're just not thirsty. Then if you are still hungry then eat a sbd friendly snack and don't feel bad for having to stave off your hunger, it's okay to eat.
