Day 2 phase 2 feel great today!

Although It is only 11:42 where I am right now, I already feel I am normal comapred to yesterday. Maybe yesterday because I did not do my workouts..the first time..in a while..it did not give me the energy boost I am used to and also gives me the hunger. Well this morning I ate breakfast earlier than normal 7:30am..and had the recommended amount of the Shredded Wheat and Bran w/ a slice of canadian bacon and some coffee. I have always LOVED cereal..sweet or not sweet..So it was great to have this! Yesterday I had the oatmeal..which whenever I ate it even before I dieted, It always made me feel sleepy..I don't know why I thought it to be different this time, only yesterday it made me fill up quickly too. Also I normally don't eat my breakfast until after my workout(because normally I am not hungry but I a, changing that) which is about 9:45/10:00. This time I ate before I worked out. Then when I got home around 10:30 I ate my 1st snack...which was a glass of V8 and a cup of leftover veggies from the night before, and half a yoguert. and some water. I guess you have to find what works best for you to eat and when. Maybe that's the difference. By the way..what can I put in the plain yogurt? PB just does not sound good to me. Any other suggestions?
