Hope everyone is doing great on this hump day! I had a wonderful day yesterday. I stuck to the eating plan and I exercised. I'm going to exercise this morning and then eat a wonderful healthy breakfast. Plus I lost 2 pounds. I went and bought a digital scale so I can read/see the small increments. I regular scale just sucks cause you can't remember what line it was on and if you step on it funny you can make yourself weigh less if you want to. Not good.

b: scrambled egg whites with turkey sausage, orange & green pepper, spinach, and sprinkled w/ Mozz.

s: light baby bell

l: salad w/ grilled chicken w/ light done right ranch dressing.

s: nuts

d: Mongolian beef without the rice.

s: sf popsicles

Oh Happy Day!

Good job on the weight loss, Tricia! You're doing great!!!

Here's what's going on here...

B: 2 HB egg whites, 1 slice ww bread with Smart Balance, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, diet Dr. Pepper
S: None-- at the gym
L: Tuna salad on lots of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and FF raspberry vinegarette dressing (I know this is probably NOT SB-friendly, but it's SO GOOD), Starbucks FF/SF iced vanilla latte

That's it so far... I'm off to have a big snack since I just got home from the gym and a nightmare trip to Target with my two kids! :-)

S: V-8, red bell pepper with hummus, yogurt
D: Leftover Big Easy scallops, big salad, broccoli or asparagus

Maybe an apple with natural pb in there somewhere and a glass of milk-- I'm really hungry!

Exercise: Exercise bike for 15 minutes, treadmill for 15 minutes at a 6 degree incline, jump rope and a little weight training (cut short because I got called to change DD's diaper and once she saw me, I couldn't leave her again to finish my workout. At least I was almost done!).

That's it from here. Have a great day, Everyone!!!

Looks like you got a couple workouts, one at the gym and the other at Target! I made it to the gym again today. I'm tired out though. I ended up missing lunch because dd had a last minute birthday party to attend. I ended up having 2 lite baby bells w/ a V8. I did skip the pizza and cake at the b-day party. Yeah! I ate my Mongolian beef. I had maybe a quarter of it, I got so full.

I wouldn't worry about your raspberry vinegarette. At least you are eating a healthy salad and a little dressing that's not on the list will not hurt you. It probably is okay.

Yeah, the veggies really help keep you full. Don't get upset over a couple wafers. You didn't blow the whole day. Just keep on track. Try listing out your meals for the day in the morning and that may help to get you thinking about what you will have throughout the day. It may also help you plan for some challenging times during the day. We're here for you!!!

Tricia.
