I can't believe it's already Thursday. It's been a good week on the sbd for me. I've actually made good choices and turned down pizza a cake. Crazy, I know. Well I don't think I'm going to go work out today. I may go swimming with dd this afternoon. I have a ton of homework to do.


b: 3 turkey sausage. 2 eggs w/ feta, spinach, and bell pepper and green onions


s: lc spread on celery


l: Left over Mongolian beef w/ veggies


s: baby bell with a V8


d: ww spaghetti w/ turkey Italian sausage. Dinner salad.


s: sf popsicles


exercise: swimming

Haven't checked in a while. Been doing okay, but getting down that the scale is not moving. We will see how it is doing on Saturday.


B - SB cereal with yogurt, milk and v8


S - hummus and peppers


L - spaghetti squash with meat sauce


S - apple with cheese


D - garlic chicken with sweet potato fries, roasted broccoli and salad


No exercise today since we are having company for dinner.


Glad to see that eveyrone is doing well. Keep up the good work everyone!!

I did good this week too *and* walked on my treadmill the last 2 days!! I always sleep so much better when I get my exercise in.
