I finally bought a scale....

But I had bought one at the start of phase 2...being that I wanted to monitor progress on phase 2 to know what is working for me and what is not. I NORMALLY don't like to weigh myself because for me..its never a good indicator because I gain alot of muscle mass when I work out. So anyhow although I did not weight myself before I SB, after phase 1 I have to of lost at least 10-12 pounds. Or at least it looks like I did. I went from a size 13 to a size 10. And it shows! Everywhere. So now that I got the scale I don't know how much I started out weighing but since I started Phase 2, I am now on day 6 of phase 2, I have lost 2 pounds. I can tell I have lost since the start of phase 2 but of course not as dramatically as phase 1. I still was a little skeptical, wodering how quickly the weight would drop off but as the scale indicates I am still gradually losing. So I am happy with that. Question, when you weigh yourself is there a best time of the day for this? And does it matter what you where? I try to weigh myself naked..becuase the things I can wear throughout the day varies from shorts and tank top to a full on sweat suit. But pretty much the weight is the same, give or take a few ounces I think. I am mostly monitoring to see if there is a gain at all with adding the additional carbs/fruits. I do feel a little anxious about adding in another fruit/grain this coming Monday..BUT I will because I know the process is important and I need to have faith in the system. It is working so far, so I have no reason to really doubt it. I am going to try and post some pics, I know what everyone else looks like...but I feel anonymous..lol..
There was a post about adding more fruits/grains when upping your workout. I up my workouts everyday..but gradually. I challenge myself to push it because I don't want my body to become comfortable with my workouts. But, I feel fine. I dont feel anymore tired or sluggish. But I do feel hungrier shortly after my workouts and I eat accordingly. So I think I am ok there. Last night for example..I did a big workout..both in the morning and in the evening and my appetite was strong when dinner time came. So for dinner i ate a chicken breast w/ some Wendy's chili and a salad. Normally I would not do the chili and chicken breast both because I am not hungry enough but last night I was. This is okay right? Well enough said, lol...thanks agan for listening...Heres to another succesful day for everyone!

Question, when you weigh yourself is there a best time of the day for this?
I weigh myself first thing in the morning, after potty, stark naked.
