Hope you are all enjoying your day. I made a dessert from the book last night. It was the peanut butter and chocolate pie. You melt natural peanut butter (I added splenda) and add rice krispies for the crust and fill w/ sfff chocolate pudding. I sprinkled w/ remainder of rice krispies and some chocolate and peanut butter chips. Then added a little lite whipped cream. It was very tasty and a nice treat. I brought it to dinner at my parents house. They made dinner and we watched "Meet the Fockers." It was really cute and funny.

b: 2 turkey sausage w/ 2 eggs w/ spinach, green onion, feta, and peppers

s: lite baby bell cheese

l: tortilla wrap w/ chicken and veggies and cheese

s: lite lc cheese spread on wasa cracker

d: Mexican pizza since I didn't' have it the other day and I really want it!

s: left over peanut butter pie.

It was from the Cookbook. It was a nice treat. I know what you mean about grazing. It's hard to keep my head out of the fridge. I think we're going to go swimming and then head to the store. I've been doing homework for the past 2 hours and dd is going stir crazy! Poor thing.

I think I'll change my dinner for steak because I want to go buy a littel grill! Steak sounds so good right now. Mmmmm.

Hi Tricia,

I forgot to tell you about the Alexia french fries. The ones we get are the oven reds with olive oil, Parm Cheese & Roasted Garlic. Not trans fats, and made with 100% pure olive oil. The potatoes are red skinned.Nutrition Facts 12 pcs. , They are very delicious and I think they are SB friendly. There in the frozen section of the supermarket. Hope that helps Hugs Maryann
