Hello everyone. Starting my second week of phase 2 tommorow and I am a little nervous about adding in the second carb/fruit so I was wondering if anyone can give me a list of specific common carb competiros I can refrence eating when I eat these carbs/grains. I want to post it on my frig so I dont have to sit and think about what qualifies..hehe.
I will most likely add some brown rice in the evening and a banana with my snack in the morning. I am already loving my cereal in the morning, and I eat my one fruit now as my 2nd snack. So if anyone can help me with a list I would greatly appreciate it.

There really isn't a specific list of foods that we can give you.
