Terrific Tuesday Phase 2 Check In...

Didn't see it posted yet, so I thought I'd post a check in. I hope everyone is doing well today! Because of my minor indescretion yesterday (CPK-- Yum and very worth it!), I'll be doing mostly P-1 today. Here's what I've got planned...
B: 4 HB eggwhites with a little hummus; V-8, yogurt (actually this is flavored so I guess it's technically P-2)
S: celery with pb, milk
L: tuna salad on greens, BV dressing
S: Red pell pepper with hummus
D: Mexican chicken soup, baked portobello mushrooms with goat cheese and pine nuts
Dessert: yogurt
Exercise: Today is abs, biceps, back and shoulders and 30 minutes of cardio (either bike or eliptical)

Just moved to Phase II today, so I guess I will be posting on this thread now!
My additions for today (and at least the next week and maybe two) is high fiber breakast cereal with skim milk, and an apple with lunch. Still trying to plan out my transition into Phase II.
My 7 yr old ds is home sick today...ugghhh! He is not fun to be around when he is sick - I love him to death, but he is so MEAN to everyone when he is sick - I know he doesn't feel well and that is why...but it gets exhausting for me! Plus there will be extra fighting with his little sister - fun, fun!
I was hoping to go jogging at the park today, but guess not. Its going to be hard to get in my work out as I will have to convince him to give up the TV for 60 min!
Today:
breakfast - oatmeal made with 1 cup milk
snack - string cheese and sliced turkey
lunch - 1/2 tuna sandwhich, roasted cauliflower,
snack - apple with peanut butter & 1 cup chocolate soy milk
dinner - pork fajitas, ww tortilla, refried beans, salad
desert - probably yogurt with strawberries

Hi Kim: Thanks for starting the thread. I was out,and just came in and saw your post. Well I lost 2.5 lbs today and I know its has to be posting my menu everyday to keep me accountable of now cheating. Whats CPK?????????????????Never heard of it. Sending ]] for your Phase 1 journey to loss the weight.
My menu today Phase 2
B-1/2 WW roll with 1ts marg & 1TB spreadable fruit on top1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S- Apple
L-SB Pizza and a large salad with l/c dress.
S-Fruit Parfait
D-Chinese Chicken Veggie Stir Fry -with Lo Mein Noodles & WW spring rolls
Dessert-l/c yogurt
Had 48 oz of water so far going for 80 oz.Walked on our bike path for 25 mins biking tonight for 45 mins. stepping for 20 mins======= aiming for 90 mins

I'm not Kim, but "CPK" is "California Pizza Kitchen" - my absolute favorite pizza, so I know the initials well!!

Hang in there, Tricia! I know what you mean about eating just to eat. I do that too sometimes and am really trying to not do that too much. It sure can be a vicious cycle!
CPK= California Pizza Kitchen. It's fabulous! I had a very NOT SB-friendly salad and 2 slices of BBQ chicken pizza yesterday there and it was so yummy! I'm going to be extra SB-good today though. Sigh.

Wow, Maryann-- you're doing so great on the working out!!! Way to go, Girl!!! Great job on the water, too!
Congratulations on the weight loss! I agree-- checking in here and having to be accountable sure does help.
California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is AWESOME, but oh-so-NOT SB-friendly (not even their salads). My parents took us out to lunch and that's where we ended up, so what's a girl to do? ;-)
