Terrific Tuesday Phase 2 Check In...

Didn't see it posted yet, so I thought I'd post a check in. I hope everyone is doing well today! Because of my minor indescretion yesterday (CPK-- Yum and very worth it!), I'll be doing mostly P-1 today. Here's what I've got planned...
B: 4 HB eggwhites with a little hummus; V-8, yogurt (actually this is flavored so I guess it's technically P-2)
S: celery with pb, milk
L: tuna salad on greens, BV dressing
S: Red pell pepper with hummus
D: Mexican chicken soup, baked portobello mushrooms with goat cheese and pine nuts
Dessert: yogurt
Exercise: Today is abs, biceps, back and shoulders and 30 minutes of cardio (either bike or eliptical)

Marge, I hate TOM. It totally affects my weight loss for the entire week. I wouldn't worry if I were you though-- as long as you stay on track, the scale will follow. You've done so well and I'm sure that water retention will be gone soon!

Kim, CPK Sounds Yummy! Oh, and "Thank YOU!" by the way. After reading your post and after posting mine I decided that to get out of my funk and quit feeling sorry for myself I needed to go work out! So I did 20 min elliptical (would have been 30 but the machine stopped on me) and then I did 15 min upper body work out on the circuit training. I usually don't lift weights because I'm so big and I assume I need to always do cardio but maybe the mix up is what my body needs.
So hugs to you Kim for giving me the willpower to work out today and now I feel awesome!! I wont cheat today because I worked out and I don't want to waste my calorie burn on just anything!

Andrea, your menu looks wonderful! Welcome to Phase 2. I've seen the recipe for the KFC chicken and I've been wanting to try it. Maybe I'll make that tonight instead of the fish. Do you do anything different to the recipe or just make it as is?

Awwww, Tricia-- I'm glad I helped... and I didn't even know it! How cool is that! ;-) Good for you for working out! I swear, just getting to the gym is the battle-- once I'm there and have actually worked out, I'm so glad I did and I always wonder why I didn't want to in the first place. Weird!
