My Phase II/Day #1 Plan

Thought it might be a good idea to post menus. I had a menu plan made for the day but deviated from it somewhat and want to get back on track with it for the rest of the day. Here is what I have had so far and the plan for the rest of the day:

Breakfast: 3 slices lean canadian bacon, coffee with skim milk, V8, bowl of wheaties with Splenda and skim (my Phase II addition).

Lunch: 1/2 cup very lean chili with sprinkle of 2%cheese, approx. 3/4-1 cup BBQ lean pork (after eating, thought about the sugar in the BBQ as it definately wasn't sugar-free-then put the rest of this yummy pork in the deep freezer so I won't be tempted to nibble on it), apple with 1 TBSP. Simply Jif peanut butter. (no veggies I realize-was very full)

Snack: raw veggies with lite laughing cow cheese.

Supper: Savory Chicken Saute (from the SBD book), salad, and steamed brocoli

Dessert/later evening: yougurt with flaxseed.

Note about the wheaties: I just decided today to add the cereal and choices were Wheaties or Lucky Charms. I took the better one. It is fair with fiber/low sugar but when I go to the store I will chose one that fits better into the plan.

Sounds like you know what you've done wrong and ready to get back on track for the rest of the day.
