Also, I'm trying to find a good peanut butter, but it's not so easy. My lil grocery store only has the reg. name brands like Jif and Skippy. They also have an organic one I believe, but I don't know if it's ok for SB...what should I be looking for in a peanut butter?
Thanks so much, sorry for the long post.

Hi,
I'd like to know if this is a good bread to have...
Arnold Carb Counting 100% whole wheat bread
This bread seems fine.
Thanks so much for your help. I decided to not buy the Slim Carb Bar and look for something else I could substitute for a sweet treat. I'm on my 4th day of P2 and I don't want to mess up and stall.
I went back to my store and checked the organic peanut butter. It's just peanuts and salt and it tastes great! Happy to be able to incorporate it into my SB foods.
Another question though, I bought Tortilla Chips - Serv Size: 12 chips. Ing: Masa Harina Corn Flour, Non-hydrogenated canola oil, salt. NutritionF: Cal 150, Fat Cal 80, Ttl Fat 8g, Sat Fat 0.5g, Carbs 16g, Fiber 2g, Protein 4g. They sound good to me. Any tips for finding SB friendly chips?
I definately need to get better at choosing foods though. Hopefully all my questions are helping others out too.
I'm glad you found the peanut butter.
"What are good things to have with some salsa then (requiring little preparation)?"
I like salsa in an omelet, in a fat-free bean burrito, or on a big plate of taco salad.
