Posting my meal plan and thinking it through really helps me~hope no one minds. Please everyone else, jump in with your menus too!!
Breakfast: 2 slices crisp turkey bacon, coffee with skim, a serving SBD cereal with skim, v8 juice.
Snack: almonds and cheese stick.
Lunch: This is my big challenge of the week-A luncheon at Ds school hosted by the teachers for the parent volunteers. They serve lasagna and breadsticks, then the teachers bring in a multitude of salads: veggie, fruit, pasta, and lots of desserts. UGH!! Delicious but not SBD friendly!! Help!!
Snack: apple with PB
Supper: boneless skinless chicken breasts, salad, green beans (plain, not my yummy kind with vinegar and brownsugar!).
Snack: yougurt with flaxseed (if still hungry after supper).

I'll post my menu with you.
Breakfast:
I have an idea about the luncheon... EAT before you go and then nibble on the things that are SB-friendly (fruit, green salad) and, if you must (you don't want to be rude), have teeny-tiny bites of the non-SB-friendly stuff. I have found that if I go to events like that already full, then I'm way less likely to eat things I should avoid. My DD's preschool is having a Mother's Day brunch next week-- stuff the kids have helped prepare, so I know I'll be taking at least a couple of bites of a non-SB-friendly muffin or something. I need to be polite! But I'm also planning on eating before I go so I'm not eating because I'm hungry (and end up eating 5 muffins instead of my couple of nibbles). Anyway, let us know how it goes!
Here's what I have planned for today...
B: Vegetable frittata, yogurt
S: Pear with LC cheese, Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Tuna salad on greens, either BV or ranch dressing
S: Red bell pepper with hummus, Diet Dr. Pepper
D: Crunchy Bean Skillet (new recipe-- we'll see!), baked portobello mushrooms with goat cheese and pine nuts, yogurt
Have a great day, Everyone!!!

Decided not to do P1 but I am going to do a lite version of 2 where I only have one grain and one fruit for a little bit and see if that helps the cravings at all.

And I hear ya on the school things! My DD is in kindergarten, at our on-site child care center. I used to have lunch with her a lot. Then I started having lunch with her, but bringing mine from the office. Yesterday I decided that I wouldn't go at lunch anymore (bringing my own lunch and sitting at a table made for 5 year olds is not really a good time), but I would go during "free play" time and take her into a separate room and play a board game. She absolutely loves to play board games with me, and since we also have a 2 yo DS, we rarely get to do that because he likes to take the pieces. :>
