Happy Friday Ladies!!!


Yes, it's that MIA woman again. LMBO!!!  It's been a few loooong weeks.  The latest is that last week I gave notice at my horrible job in the Business Office.  The co-workers have gotten so mean for absolutely no reason so I knew it was time to get out of this stressful, toxic environment.  May 5 is my last day.  I am going to go back and work in the travel industry so I won't have to work as far from home and my schedule will be more flexible so I can better care for my Gracie.  The pay is less but I can easily move into higher paying positions once I'm there and once things at home settle down.


I am so glad you all keep up the check ins and that you're keeping motivated. :-)   I will be able to follow the diet much more easily when I'm home in the afternoons. 


I will catch up more later, but just wanted to say hello & I missed you!


Breakfast - yogurt


Lunch - ww pasta & veggies


Snack - apple & lite lc cheese


Dinner - No sure yet.

Happy Friday Everyone!

B: turkey bacon omlette, coffee w/ equal & cream

Sn: 1 glass lf milk

L: Salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, ham, & turkey all tossed w/ 2 tbp kens italian dressing

Sn: green apple w/ pb (my absolute favorite!)

D: Hamburger on ww bun, tomato & cucumber slices, sauted yellow squash, lf milk

Sn: strawberries

Glad to see you, Suzy! Good for you for getting out of that horrible job environment. That doesn't sound good at all!

Here's what I've got planned for today...

B: Kashi waffle, SF syrup, scoop cottage cheese, strawberries, milk
S: Diet Dr. Pepper, mozzerella cheese stick
L: Leftover goat cheese quesadilla with green chile salsa, mango slices, yogurt
S: Red bell pepper with hummus
D: Not sure... maybe the Gym's tuna salad on greens with cucumbers, tomatoes and ranch dressing

No exercise today, but I am taking DD swimming at our gym tonight with her best friend. THAT should be called exercise!!!

Hi Suzy:) Glad to see you back. I was MIA also,but we're back and that the most important.Happy to hear that your stress day at work are coming to an end.

My Menu today:
spinach & bacon bits in a white omelet,1/2 c milk for tea
1 c peaches
canned ham & cheese on a bed of spincah greens
l/c milk skake
salad,codfish with island mango marinate on SB "Surprise" potato with carots & lima beans
1c berries

Doing 60 mins of exercising today and had 36 oz of water aso far aiming for 80 oz.

Have a good beach day

Hey Girl!! Welcome back! I'm glad you took control and were able to find away out of that unhealthy environment (job) You can do it!!!


Yes, we've been doing really great these last couple of weeks, checking in and planning wonderful sbd meals. I figured it out, I can't do this alone and really need to post my stuff. It's helping me a lot.

Great job Maryann on the both the exercise and water! I need, need to start drinking more water. I'm going to get that Clear American flavored water at Wal-mart, it's supposed to be yummy.
