Happy Friday Ladies!!!
Yes, it's that MIA woman again. LMBO!!! It's been a few loooong weeks. The latest is that last week I gave notice at my horrible job in the Business Office. The co-workers have gotten so mean for absolutely no reason so I knew it was time to get out of this stressful, toxic environment. May 5 is my last day. I am going to go back and work in the travel industry so I won't have to work as far from home and my schedule will be more flexible so I can better care for my Gracie. The pay is less but I can easily move into higher paying positions once I'm there and once things at home settle down.
I am so glad you all keep up the check ins and that you're keeping motivated. :-) I will be able to follow the diet much more easily when I'm home in the afternoons.
I will catch up more later, but just wanted to say hello & I missed you!
Breakfast - yogurt
Lunch - ww pasta & veggies
Snack - apple & lite lc cheese
Dinner - No sure yet.
Hugs,

Hi there Aimee!
Your siggy is so adorable!
Have a great weekend! :-)
Hello Tricia!
You've done an awesome job here and I'm so happy you're getting all this support here and great recipe ideas!
Hi all, kind of late checking in - long morning. My ds is back at school, but now my dd is home sick - one right after the other! It was hard to get my workout done this morning, I had to stop every 10 min to get her something LOL! Took about 2 hours to do 70 min of excercise! But I got it done!
Really looking forward to the weekend, LOTS of yard work to do, but it should be fun.
Today:
breakfast - yogurt w/peanut butter, 2 pieces canadian bacon
snack - SBD cereal bar (don't usually eat these, I buy them for the kids - but it was such a crazy morning I broke down and had one!)
lunch - chicken, green beans, spaghetti squash w/tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - split pea soup, homemade ww bread, salad (all leftover from last night)
desert - probably ff sf pudding
Have a great weekend everyone!

Good luck everyone!!!!!
Hope everyones doing well.
Here's my Menu for the day!
Dear goodness! 11 Miles?!!!! Don't hurt yourself. I think the extra carb for breakfast would be beneficial and lots of water. Good luck and take care of that knee!

Michaelann, ooohhh Split Pea soup! Yummy. That is one of my favorites. What determinations you showed by getting your work out done despite the interuptions. I would have given up. Great job!
Tricia.

Happy Saturday Tricia! I am so glad Anna & Fluffy are happy living there with grandma & grandpa! WTG Anna for standing up for yourself! That's how I felt last week when I saw my Misha chase Boots for the first time. LMBO!!! 99% of the time she is running away from or hiding from Boots. ;-)
You have nicer weather than we do right now. It was literally freezing over night! I hope this cold Canadian air goes away soon.
Today I'm going with my dad to our annual Berkshire Hathaway meeting. My dad's the shareholder but he always likes me to go to keep him company. We watch good ol' Warren Buffet for a short while (until it gets boring) and then we walk around the vendor booths and try to get only sugar free healthy treats from Dairy Queen. LOL! Tonight I'm going to a Christian concert. It'll be my third time seeing MerceMe (they're sooo good live!) and dh's first time.
Tomorrow we're going with a group of friends to lunch (I'll be good!) and to see Hitchhiker's Guide in the theatre. What are you doing this weekend? How's school?
It's so very good talking to you again! I missed you :-)
Hugs,
That sounds like a nice time visiting with your dad. I didn't know they had sugar free items at DQ? Of course there isn't a DQ in Fairbanks so I guess I don't have to worry.
