Hello Everyone!
Here's my menu for today...
B: 1 Kashi waffle with SF syrup, scoop cottage cheese, milk
S: None-- at the gym
L: (At the Gym's cafe) Chicken ceaser salad, SF/FF iced vanilla latte from Starbucks
S: Yogurt, V-8
D: Not sure... maybe a WW burrito with FF refried beans and LF cheese and sour cream, salad with BV dressing. Yum!
Dessert: Maybe SF/FF chocolate pudding?
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio (bike/eliptical), 40 minutes of weight training (legs, abs, triceps)
I weigh in tomorrow (Monday), but I doubt I've lost anything. I'm in a perpetual stall, it seems. I'm going to cut out pb and nuts this week and see if that helps. I really believe that could be the main culprit. I'm going to CRY, CRY, CRY if it is though, because I look forward to my pb every day. Sigh. I guess we'll see.
Have a great Sunday!

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I think I'm going to make my weekly check in on Wednesday. This way if I have a bad weekend it gives me a couple days to recover!
