Good morning! I've not checked in for a few days. I don't usually log-in on the weekends, and I was really busy late last week. I weighed myself on Thursday, and I was down 1/2 a pound, but my official weigh-in isn't until Monday morning. This morning I was up 3.5 lbs! Must be something I ate yesterday - I do feel bloated. I'm going to post my menu in a separate thread and hopefully someone will make me feel better. :<

Here's my menu for today:

B - fruit smoothie
S - skim milk
L - salad w/crabmeat on top, little hummus w/pita
S - cheese stick
D - leftover baked chicken, veggies, salad
S - SBD layered pumpkin pie (made this yesterday, and it's really yummy!)

Doing much better today! I am staying Phase I throughout the day and having my Phase II add-in during dinner: I made a fruited spinach salad that contains strawberries and mandrin oranges. (so I won't have my apple/PB this afternoon-save that for tomorrow).
I also did 4 miles of walking including 20 mins of jogging. I am going to do thigh and squat exercises later this afternoon. Cravings so far seem much better since I didn't have cereal for breakfast.

Hello ladies :-)

I'm back again...long hiatus due to work (travel, overtime, etc) and ::big drum roll::........

I moved in with TG and Munchkin this past weekend :-) After that whole mess with my car getting broken into and finally stolen out of the parking lot at my apartment building (it was recovered, thank God!!), my attorney finally convinced management they should let me leave, so I did. TG came with me, and we are now happily entrenched in a field of boxes which I suppose we will get around to unpacking sooner or later.

The downside is that, once again, I was essentially without a kitchen for a month between packing and all that other fun stuff associated with moving, so now that we're in the new place I'll be doing P1 for the next two weeks to make up for all the restaurant food, etc. I'm starting tomorrow since we have to go to the grocery store tonight...we had one of those moving adventures where a friend of ours dropped the cooler with ALL of our refrigerated food down a flight of stairs, so we now have a barbequed entry way and nothing to eat (thank God for OxiClean!)

That's my update, hope you're all doing well, talk to you soon!

I can finally post now since I just finished my meal plan for the week LOL!

I'm so sad that the weekend is over, I hate Mondays - I miss dh so much during the week - he works long hours so we don't see him much M-F. At least we did have a fun weekend, took the kids to the zoo, flew kites, did a ton of yard work, went jogging together both Sat and Sun.

I'm officially at my lowest weight in 5 years! After my last pregnancy the lowest I got down to was 153 - I'm now 152! So strange for me!

Anyhow - today's menu is (was):

breakfast: Kashi waffle, yogurt w/peanut butter
snack: string cheese rolled in sliced ham
lunch: 1/2 meatloaf sandwhich on ww bread, roasted cauliflower, salad
snack: apple w/peanut butter
dinner: Garlic Lime Chicken, baked sweet potato, brussel sprouts
desert: strawberries w/ff cool whip

Have a great week everyone!

Hey everyone,

Haven't posted in a while, but have been really busy. The scale was not kind to me 2 weeks ago with a gain of 2, but this back down to the stalled weight, so maybe it is getting ready to lose some more.

Since I was home today (had the house appraised), went to the gym early and did 40 minutes on the treadmill. Feel good about getting it in early.

B - Kashi blueberry waffle, SF FF Strawberry yogurt, milk and V8

S - skipped since I was nervous about the appraisal at 11

L - Mexican pizza (I am addicted) with guacamole and sour cream

S - apple and Bonbel cheese

D - steak tips with roasted broccoli, salad and maybe sweet potato fries.

Have a great day everyone!!!
