Lora, don't you hate that. I've been doing p2 again for the past 2 weeks and I went from losing 4 pounds to gaining 2 now. CRAZY!!! I know that a lot plays into your weight but I just want a loss and I want it NOW!! LMBO!!!

Oh well, what to do but continue eating correctly, exercising and drinking lots of water.

Good luck to you!

Kim, hang in there. I was doing the same thing thinking 'man I've exercised more then I ever have and I'm eating right.' But then I thought my body is really, really hanging on to what it's got and it's going to take a serious jarring to get the scale moving. I need to continue at this great pace and not fall off here and there other wise my body know's if it waits long enough I'll give it the calories it's craving. Not that this is happening to you because I know that you have been really working it. You probably are gaining some muscle and the fat is being replaced. Are you measuring too??? I know that really helped me when I lost some weight last year.

Keep up the good work, you are doing excellent even if the scale is slow to show it!

Great job on exercise! I did make it to the gym even though when I first woke I told myself I wasn't going to go. I just need a chance to wake up so I can make the right decision.

Keep up the great work!

How exciting! Great job with starting with p1 to get back on track. You probably don't need to do the whole 2 weeks but that's up to you. Wow, I'm happy you are out of that place and you are safe and sound.

Michaelann (((((BIG HUGS))))) that is awesome that you are now at your lowest weight. It will only get better! I'm so proud of you. Way to go!!! You give me strength to keep trying. I want to be able to lose the weight naturally and not end up getting gastric bypass. I need to lose all this weight though!
