Lost-even on a Bad week of Phase II

Happy Camper here-I had a horrible week trying to transition into Phase II. I had horrible carbo cravings that I gave into everyday last week. I went to a funeral church dinner Saturday and allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted and had dessert, plus had a slice of pizza that night. Still I lost 1# this week!!! I think the exercising is what saved me.

Yes, I am back on track now. You may have seen my posts about the carb cravings and how I decided that it might be the breakfast cereal. Starting yesterday, I went back to a very slow introduction of Phase II foods but avoiding cereal in the morning. Yesterday was great-all Phase II until supper where I had a fruited spinach salad which contained strawberries/mand. oranges from the Phase II list.
