Is this allowed?? The kind I bought is precooked. I don't think we are supposed to eat that kind but I bought it just on case. It is called Near East it only has 2g fiber per serving so I doubt it but just thought I would ask anyways.

You should get the whole wheat cous cous. I have found it in the bins at the health food store. I don't think near east has a whole wheat version. Maybe someone else knows of a boxed brand.

You may have the Near East Couscous. However, the best choice is the Israeli couscous or whole wheat couscous.
