I am pretty sure I know the answer but I thought I would ask anyways...Can I have some canned chili? I don't have much to eat here at home right now and I dont want to go to the store. W

We like the Dennison's 99% Fat Free chili...ingredients:

water, cooked ground beef, cooked kidney beans, cooked pink beans, tomatoes, less than 2% modified food starch, salt, jalepeno peppers, spices, green bell pepper, onions, garlic, flavorings, onion powder, chipotle pepper, and garlic powder

Nutritional info:
calories 190
fat 1.5 gram
sat fat 0.5 gram
carb 29 gram
fiber 7 gram
sugar 3 gram
protein 16 gram

Dh keeps a few cans at the office for days he forgets his lunch, and I like to have it around as a side dish with my lunch sometimes. They make borth turkey and beef varieties, but the turkey has more calories and twice as much fat as the beef...still not bad really, but we prefer the beef.
