Congratulations to all of you for making it to Friday. I wish you all success as we head into the weekend. I got a lot done on my homework last night so I'm feeling pretty good. Just a few more items to do and I will have the weekend off!!! DD has a reading to do at mass today so I'm going with her to school (she goes to a Catholic School). I can't believe how brave they are. She's only in first grade and she speaking before 1-6 grade at mass today. I'm so proud of her. You know it's kind of neat that they start this young it could help make her not get nervous in front of large groups as she gets older.

b: egg with ham and spinach and feta

s: mozz stick

l: whole grain lean cuisine

s: mozz stick

d: whole wheat bean and beef burrito

s: sf popsicles

Cheers!!

Tricia.

Good morning! I'm feeling very good today! The 3.5 lbs I was up on Monday are gone, plus another 1.5 lbs! So, I'm finally lower than my end of Phase I weight. I'm down a total of 5.5 lbs in 3.5 weeks. I just can't believe I can eat bread and fruit and lose weight! I think it's the Metamucil that did the trick. I really have to choke it down, but it's worth it. Here's my plan for today:

B - oatmeal, fruit smoothie
S - NSA hot chocolate mixed with decaf coffee (I'm crossing my fingers this is okay)
L - big salad with romaine, lots of veggie, chick peas, crabmeat
S - veggies and dip
D - sirloin patties with LF cheese, lettuce wedge w/dressing, green beans
Dessert - maybe a slice of my SBD layered pumpkin pie if I'm still hungry
S - SBD peanut butter cup

So happy that it is Friday. Just got good news that our home equity loan based on all the renovations we did was approved and that appraisal was an unbelievably high amount!!! I am so psyched. Now all the other projects like landscaping and redoing the garage can get done. WOOHOO!!!

Happy Friday! What is everyone planning for Mother's Day this weekend? I'm not sure what dh and the kids have planned, its been a secret - so we'll see. I have a feeling we'll be heading over to San Diego for the day.
Today was weigh in day - 1/2 lbs this week. Not too exciting, but its better than nothing I guess! I guess I am just at a point where things are sloooowing down - those 2-3 lbs a week I lost at the beginning just aren't gonna happen now that I am 2/3 of the way to may goal weight (and 10lbs from the "healthy" range for my height)
Anyhow, todays menu:
breakfast - Kashi Go Lean w/milk and banana
snack - soy milk shake, string cheese
lunch - tuna in a roasted tomato w/cheese on top, salad
snack - apple with peanut butter
dinner - asian turkey burger in ww pita, roasted broccoli
desert - ? pudding or fugscicle ?

Hope everyone has a great Mother's Day!

Feeling a bit "off" today with a "so-so" tummy so my menu is light & subject to change.

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 cup 1% milk

Sn: was supposed to be cottage cheese & strawberries but tummy was not up for it :(

Lunch: turkey breast w/lf cheese on ww pita (1-2 tbsp mayo); 1/2 cup 1% milk

Sn: apple w/ pb (always a favorite!) plus 1/2 cup 1% milk

Dinner: hamburger w/ tomato on a ww dinner roll, salad w/ tomatoes, cukes, peppers, broccoli & dressing; sauted yellow squash.

Hopefully I'll be bacck 100% tomorrow!

Hello everyone!

Gloomy day here in NYC - we're still waiting for spring! But the good news is, the scale has moved, if only slightly. This has always been my stall weight b/c I'm well within a healthy range for my height (5'8"), so it's nice to see it going down.

Here's what I have for today:

B: Oatmeal w/ small banana and 1tbsp PB
S: FF SF Vanilla latte
L: Wrap from Subway (turkey & ham w/ jalapenos, peppers, pickles, olives, lettuce)
S: FF plain yogurt w/ PB
D: Not sure yet
S: Fudgesicle.

Hope everyone has a great day!
