Starting phase 2 today!

I've been on phase 1 for almost 3 weeks now and lost all of my weight the first 12 days - 9 pounds. So I am moving on to phase 2 today and am a little nervous about putting weight back on by adding the new foods (although excited that I get to eat some good stuff again!!). My question is I have heard a lot about people saying they gained a little at the beginning of phase 2 and it's normal but has anyone had the opposite experience and didn't gain anything - just transitioned into phase 2 and kept losing? :) Just wondering...
I feel great and am very happy to be moving to the next phase.. crossing my fingers!!

Thanks Cathy - I have a quick question for you though. I started this morning with 1 cup of Uncle Sam cereal and a half cup of strawberries. I was planning on that being it for the day - is that a good way to start or did I already mess up?? :) lol
Then tomorrow would I stick to that same breakfast and then add something else during the day ? Is that kind of how it works?
