I have just finished my 2nd week of phase 2! I have always been wavering between 145 and 142 for awhile, but started going down to 140 with exercise. Now with SBD, I'm 130! I'd still like to lose a lil more weight and gain muscle to get that toned look.
It's going well, but I just hope this slower weight loss isn't too slow. I haven't added a second serving of fruit or grain yet. I have at least one of each everyday though.
Is there anything that I should be doing to ensure continued weight loss?
What is an acceptable number of carbs for a cereal? I checked out Uncle Sam's and it's really high. The fiber is up there too, but I think All-Bran is a better choice.
Any tips for avoiding late-night snacking? (I do stick to SBD friendly foods when I do so.)

I like to snack on a FF yogurt at night - it's sweet and fills me up, and helps weight loss too.
