Hi Gals: I'm starting the Check-in today as I didn't see one in this folder. Hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day. I over indugled yesterday[london broil,string beans,Baked Potato, & apple pie YIKES,.but I'm in control today Doing Phase 1 eating.
My menu today is :
B=2sausage link on a egg white sub wrap,Tea
S=Mozz
L=veggie soup with lima bean tomatoes on a bed of lettuce
S=v8
D=salad with crab legs, broccoli & collie.
Dessert=yogurt
Have to be good today as I'm Weighing In tomorrow.

Good morning Maryann! Happy post Mother's Day! We had a nice day. We spend the day w/ grandparents. We had Lobster, Crab legs, and Shrimp!! Of course the butter wasn't very healthy and I ate too much.

Glad you had a nice Mom's day.
I'm officially changing my weigh-in day to Saturday. I don't know why, but I am not . . . ummmm . . . . regular on the weekends. I was down on Saturday, but up 1/2 a pound on Sunday, and another 1/2 pound this morning. But (warning - TMI) I lost it this morning. Anybody else experience this? I wonder if it's because I'm so structured during the week, and much less so on the weekend.
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - cheese cubes
L - big salad with crabmeat
S - cucumbers and dip
D - eggplant casserole, salad
S - WW cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter, skim milk
Since I'm going up on grains and fruit today, I still have a fruit and a grain to spare, but I'm not sure where I'm going to work them in.
Yesterday for lunch I had my favorite comfort food, and it was SBD friendly. I had a grilled cheese sandwich on WW bread (3g fiber per oz) and a cup of cream of tomato soup from a recipe I found down in the recipe section. It was heaven! For dinner, DH made my all-time favorite, eggplant casserole, which I just ate without the rice.

Your menu looks good, I like those Lean Cuisine Spa Entree along with the SB Entree also. I use then as a subsitute when I don't feel like cooking.We're having crab legs tonight for dinner.Never had them before other then in a restaurant They were on sale and the're precooked so all we have to do it heat them up. I cheated alot yesterday (not Portions, just Not SBD friendly foods.)
I sneeked a few slices or Normal Bacon, and a sausage.

We had a quite Mothers Day, and my 33 year old son bought me a Vermont Teddy Bear. He so cute I have him on my livingroom table. Don't get upset about the gain,it could be you ate something salty.Just drink extra water to flush it out.See you lost 6 inches this week. You did good. Please stick with the plan and go very very slowly introducing carb back into your menu.You'll love the SB as you go along,you'll see a lost one week and than the next its the inches. Hugs:) Maryann

I had the same problem with weighing on different days. I use to WI on Sat. but I now I step on the scale on Tues., as this gives me more structure over the weekend.I read somewhere that it takes a female 39 hours where a male is 36 hours for food to pass through the colon and out of the body.So I very very careful of what eat on Sat. & Sun. Hope that helped. You shouldn't jump on the scale everyday,as the weight flucuates day by day and that the reason you saw a lose on Sat.than a gain on Sun & Mon. Hugs Maryann
