Hi Everyone!

We had a great Mother's Day, but I was SOOOOOOOO SB-bad! I planned it so I feel okay about it but since TOM is this week I'm not weighing until the end of the week. No need getting upset! ;-)

B: Scoop of cottage cheese with strawberries and walnuts, coffee with 1% milk and Splenda

S: LF swiss cheese and turkey

L: WW burrito with FF refried beans with LF cheese, dab of LF sour cream, avacado and salsa, salad with BV dressing

S: Banana "shake", red bell pepper and hummus

D: Big Easy Scallops, asparagus, pear and blue cheese salad with homemade pear salad dressing

Have a great day, Everyone!

Happy Monday!

We had a good Mother's Day too - but add me to the list who didn't exactly stay on the beach! We went out to my favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner - had the works, chips & salsa, enchilada, (not fat free) refried beans....I did skip the rice and margarita though LOL! So its better than I would have done before SBD! Then went out and had frozen yogurt. It WAS sugar-free, fat-free - but about double my "sweet treat" calories for the day!
Oh well, I don't feel overly guilty at all, I feel like I do great and am in total control 99% of the time, so I can handle a little occasional indulgence.
Other than the foods - we went to San Diego for the day, went to the zoo, walked on the beach, etc. It was nice - did lots of walking so hopefully that helped with the dinner!
Today:
breakfast: Kashi Go Lean w/milk and sliced banana
snack: peanut butter yogurt
lunch: SBD pizza, big salad
snack: pear and cheese
dinner: Lemon chicken stir-fry w/veggies
desert: pudding

Okay, I'm happy and I need to share. Last week during my breakdown I had gained back my 4 pounds plus 4 more! Now I'm back down to my original 4 pounds lost plus 1 more! What a weird week!

Love,

Tricia

Thanks Maryann!!!

We had the storm here too, but I don't think as badly as you did. Only left the house to go to the gym. Couldn't give that up. LOL!! :)

Thanks for the encouragement. I was so glad the scale moved!!!

I need to stop looking at the scale everyday too. I usually stick to Saturday and have to get back to it.
