I cheated started p2 early

Ok so I have to admit I didn't do the full 2 weeks in p1. I did 10 days of ph1 and then slowly moved to a modifed p1-2. I cheated by having a piece of whole wheat bread with p'nut butter for a snack. Now today is my offical 1st real day of p2. I still haven't added back in fruit and for the last few days I pretty much stuck with p1 but allowing myself 1 carb/bread a day. I guess I should have been more strick because I only lost 5 lbs and that was in the first few days of p1. I also cheated by having 2 small slices of mountain mike's pizza on day 12 of P1 and 8 oz of regular pepsi. Oh well....hey I guess I should desreve a cheat every once and a while as long as it doesn't cause a huge set back right? Tommorrow is my birthday too, so I guess I'll be cheating again to have a slice of cake...lol!!!

Janel, there's nothing wrong with starting phase-2 a little early as long as your cravings are in check and you are sure YOU are in control.
