Happy Tuesday Friends! What is the plan for today? I have a busy day. DD is having her musical at school and I'm helping out a little with that. I will miss my morning workout today but will make plans to go this afternoon.


b: 1 egg 1 slice ham v8


s: lite baby bell


l: salad w/ chicken


s: mozz stick


d: veggies and turkey Italian sausage with a little carb options tomato sauce.


s: sf popsicle

Good Morning Tricia and Ladies:)

Have to make this fast as I'm going to have a few ladies come over and play Canaster.We do this once a month,taking turns of hosting the game.Have fun at your DD recital.

My menu today is:
b-1 1/2 c SB Toasted Wheat Cereal,with straberries and 1 % milk(UMMMMMMMMM!!)1/2 c milk for tea
s-PB on Wasa
l-steak'um on a WW roll with Mandian orange salad
s-1c yogurt
d-salad w) f.v. L/C spa Chicken Pecans,with chinese veggies,WW spring rolls
dessert-apple sauce

Hi Everyone!

Tricia, I'm glad things are going better! Keep up the good work and healthy habits! :-)

Lots of errends here today. Older DD is at preschool and younger DD and I are off to look for some cute summer clothes for me. I hate to buy much but I'm in between sizes so I need some stuff to hold me over. At the rate I'm losing (or not losing, I guess I should say), I'll be this weight/size forever. Sigh.

Anyway, here's what's up for today...

B: Vegetable frittata (asparagus, red bell pepper and onion), V-8

S: Diet Dr. Pepper

L: Leftover Big Easy Scallops, baked portobello mushrooms with goat cheese and pine nuts, salad with BV dressing, vanilla yogurt

S: Alouette cheese spread with celery and yellow bell pepper, banana "shake"

D: Good Seasons Chicken, sweet potato fries, roasted broccoli

Dessert: FF/SF chocolate pudding with a dab of FF rediwhip

Exercise: 30 minutes on eliptical, weight training (biceps, shoulders, abs)

Late checking in today. I've had an unbelievably hectic day.

B - fruit smoothie, SB cereal
S - cheese sticks
L - side salad, SB frozen meal
S - none
D - Arab meatloaf (what DH calls it, but it's just meat, onions and parsley in a loaf), strawberries, salad
S - SBD PB cup

Having a good day so far. The sun is out and should be able to grill tonight. I am so psyched.


B - SB Cereal, SF FF yogurt, milk and V8


S - 2 WASA crisps with light rondele cheese


L - LO Chicken Capri and salad


S - apple and cheese


D - Sirloin steak tips, roasted broccoli and salad


No exercise today since DH and I have to make our list of projects for our meeting with our contractor and landscaper on Thurday.

I am really posting late tonight. Went this morning with DH to his physical therapy, and YES..I did my 45 minutes of exercising! I am really amazed at myself for doing this and not having any real problems with my back. I actually look forward to going again. I am going back in the morning without my DH..since I'm doing exercise 3 times a week and he only does therapy twice a week. I plan on continueing the exercise program even after he is finished with his PT. Ladies, I am on a roll!

Today's menu:
B-egg beaters
2 slices turkey bacon
ww toast w/promise marg. (no trans fats)
coffee w/ff half & half
8 oz. water
S-none
L-ff turkey lunch meat sandwich on ww bread..lettuce, tomato, hellman's, lf cheese slice
8 oz 1 % milk
S-yogurt
D- roasted pork loin
spinach
1 cup brown rice
8 oz. 1% milk
S-SF fudgesicle
2 oz. cashews

Thank you for your kind thoughts and hugs. Yes, I am feeling much better. I ended up not going on Friday but did go today. I'm glad I went. I'm back on my meds and feeling fine. I will be meeting with her once a week, which is a big change for me, I usually avoid going to therapy. It gets tough and you find reasons for not going.
