I have lost 6 pounds since starting phase 2. This is my 4th week on phase 2. I thought it was my 5th week but i guess I lost track. Anyways..I lost like 2 pounds in the last two days or so. I am not sure if it is because I got off my period or if its just kicked in a little better or a combo of everything but I can't complain! What I like is to see the morning weight become my day weight.. and then my morning weight drops even more. Thats neat! (may sound weird) lol!
Anyhow..I wonder why every so often I will have a work out that I just feel like my endurance is not there, nor is my strength! I will struggle to get through my normal workout let alone take it up a notch! I am usually very lazy on a day like this. It has only happened once or twice but it always boggles me. I try to make sure it is not because I did not eat enough on these days. Is this just normal because our bodies energy just changes day to day? I also thought maybe it was due to the fact that I started tanning(which I tend to feel a little zapped afterwards) Or maybe becuase I just had my period..or again a combo of things maybe..who knows...
I feel great today though!
By the way last night I made that portobello mushroom pizza thingy..with tomato sauce a little cheese and some canadian bacon. It was good, I ate it with some salad! The only thing was I was hungry again like 2 hours later and I normally don't eat again after dinner. So last night...I had a bowl of cereal at like 8:00! It was the SB diet cereal that I have not eaten becuase I know there are others better but it sounded good. After i ate it I was a little worried becuase I normally do not eat that late..that is something I have always praticed though..So I was feeling a little guilty afterwards..So I was happy and suprised to see a good change in the scale this morning!
Speaking of food...I need to go eat now...my morning snack..
