OK, everyone wants to order pizza. I'm as sick as a dog. Still. What do you guys know about this Carb Tracker crust. Is it whole grain? Or just fewer carbs. Is it worth a cheat? Or would I be better off with the low fat crust?

I have no idea. If you love pizza and you dont' think a slice would throw you into a tailspin then go for it. I on the other hand wouldn't temp myself. Good luck.

Here's a Q & A from the official nutritionist regarding Pizza Hut:

I took a look at the link Cathy included and the "lower fat" pizzas just sound better all around. Sure the carbs are higher and there's less fiber, but you could have some Metamucil before eating. (Right?)

Thanks for all the quick responses. You guys are amazing. I'm not worried about anything really setting me "off" because I have virtually no appetite right now for anything. This is my ninth day of being sick, second on antibiotics, and I'm not showing any signs of getting better. I have zero energy. My husband wanted to order pizza and I said what the heck. I had two pieces of the low fat. It was great but I didn't feel tempted to have more, like I normally would. Not sure if I should credit the plague that I've got or nearly two weeks of near-perfect eating. But I'll have some tea later and turn in.

On a side note; quite a few people have told me that part of the reason this cold has lingered so long is because of this "crazy" diet I've been on. No one has said that to the dozen or so other people who've gotten this. I've been eating very healthy and I refuse to blame a cough on a diet! I've added a couple servings of whole grains and an orange every day to my diet. I'm still not craving carbs or anything. So I'm going to keep on keeping on. This cold will run its course.

Sorry so long. Got a little energy burst from the pizza!

Hello

Just wanted to give you my experience with being sick and on SB.

My first time on SB was last year. I started Feb 02/04. Exercised 6 days a week and made my goal weight in 3 months. Never had a cold, sniffle, soar throat, etc. Than in Nov of 2004, I had some stress in my life, than holidays, New Years came along, and blew my WOE(gained all my weight back and than some). May I also add I had a groin injury so I also had to stop exercising. BANG! With not eating properly and not exercising, I got a stupid cold!

So with my experience being on the SB, I was healthy. So when they make comments like that about being on a diet is the reason for you being sick. All I can say they can go fly a kite. Sorry just had to vent.
