Well I'm here early again - going to be a busy day! Today was weigh in and my weight not only stayed at 149.5 - it was actually down to 149! So its "official" now LOL! And I like those round numbers much better :-)
Today I'm going out to dinner with friends I haven't seen in awhile, so I'm off it buy a new outfit! I haven't bought any pants or skirts yet (the last ones I have are a 14, and I am now mostly wearing a 10) All I've bought are shorts and really casual stuff - so I'm off to look for some capris for tonight (not easy when you are 5'3", most come to my ankles and just look like I shrunk regular pants!) or maybe a skirt.
Today:
breakfast - Kashi waffle, 2 pieces turkey bacon
snack - soy shake w/ banana, string cheese
lunch - left over pork roast, green beans
snack - Triscuits and sliced turkey
dinner - out! Not sure - Mexican restaurant, so probably fajitas (no tortilla) or maybe some seafood
desert - probably none really, I'll probably have a glass or two of wine or a martini after dinner instead

MichaelAnn, congratulations on the "official" loss! That's fantastic!!!
I'm also 5'3" so I know the difficulty in finding capris that look right. I buy a lot of stuff at Ann Taylor Loft-- do you have those around you? They have a really good petite section with cute and casual, but not too casual, stuff. I also like Nordstrom's petite section-- great stuff!

Congratulations MichaelAnn on your official drop! I have the opposite problem with capris (I'm 5'8") - they're all too short. I always look like I have coolots (sp?) on! I'm bloated like no one would beleive today but it's a great day nonetheless. I just bought a plane ticket to NC to visit my best girlfriends! I'm so excited!
Anyhow, here is what I have for today:
B: Oatmeal w/ 3/4c skim milk, small banana, 1tbsp peanut butter
S: None
L: Subway wrap with ham and turkey, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, olives, jalapeno peppers, some chipotle mayo
S: Plain FF yogurt with apricot preserves (or more peanut butter)
D: Veggie burger w/ some kind of veggie
S: Fudgesicle

MichaelAnn, Happy Dance!!! Great job! It will be fun buying clothes, however my mom can relate to you buying capris.

I'm happy it's Friday. I am going grocery shopping today after my doctor appointment this morning. I have a follow up to see if my blood work came out okay. Hopefully my cholesterol and sugar are within in normal ranges.

Hi MichaelAnne: Big Congrats on your 149 weight loss. Wish my scales would tip that way.Sorry I was a little envious the other day that you said good bye to the 150's and I still stuck there.

Seafood Gumbo sounds good - do you make your own? My dh's grandma used to make it alot (she was from Louisiana) I haven't had it since she passed away...if you make it, would you share your recipe?

My first day of Phase 2! (I've just been lurking on this board through Phase 1.)
Breakfast: Spinach and cheese frittatta and V8, yogurt with sweetener and lemon extract.
Snack: Canadian Bacon and Laughing Cow Light.
Lunch: SBD Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Pizza. (Omigosh was that ever good!)
Snack: Yet to be determined
Dinner: Yet to be determined

Just now having a chance to post my menu. It's been a crazy, crazy day.
B: Eggs with LF cheese, 1 slice WW toast with Smart Balance
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Huge cobb salad (no bacon), handful of grapes, iced tea with Splenda
S: V-8, banana "shake"
D: Not sure but probably chicken and vegetable fajitas (no tortillas), black beans, LF sour cream, LF cheese and guacamole
Dessert: Vanilla yogurt
