TGIF! Friday Phase 2 Check In!

Well I'm here early again - going to be a busy day! Today was weigh in and my weight not only stayed at 149.5 - it was actually down to 149! So its "official" now LOL! And I like those round numbers much better :-)

Today I'm going out to dinner with friends I haven't seen in awhile, so I'm off it buy a new outfit! I haven't bought any pants or skirts yet (the last ones I have are a 14, and I am now mostly wearing a 10) All I've bought are shorts and really casual stuff - so I'm off to look for some capris for tonight (not easy when you are 5'3", most come to my ankles and just look like I shrunk regular pants!) or maybe a skirt.

Today:
breakfast - Kashi waffle, 2 pieces turkey bacon
snack - soy shake w/ banana, string cheese
lunch - left over pork roast, green beans
snack - Triscuits and sliced turkey
dinner - out! Not sure - Mexican restaurant, so probably fajitas (no tortilla) or maybe some seafood
desert - probably none really, I'll probably have a glass or two of wine or a martini after dinner instead

MichaelAnn, yeah on the weight loss!

I myself can't wait to *finally* hit under the 150 mark. I weigh myself on the old type dr office scale (the one where you move the big marker on bottom & the "fine tuner" piece on top) & boy-o-boy, I can't wait to move the "big marker" only to the "100" lbs mark & then "fine tune" the upper bar.

P.S. I'm only 5'1" so I can so relate to the capri pants looking more like regular pants!

Congratulations, MichaelAnn! Dropping in to a new "ten" is so exciting!

I went on a field trip with my daughter's kindergarten class today, but I brought a snack and a sack lunch, so I think I'm in good shape for weigh-in tomorrow. Not sure I'll lose anything, but I'm not going to gain.

B - cheese omelet, sausage patties, water
S - SBD cereal bar
L - pear, cheese cubes, cucumbers and ranch dressing, FF plain yogurt
S - chili
D - sirloin patty w/cheese, roasted brocolli, salad, skim milk
S - SBD PB cup

Well I've got exciting news. I went to the doctors and my blood tests were great. My cholesterol was 170 and my blood sugar was 105. Everything was great! Yeah.
