Hey friends! Any plans for the weekend. Lot's going on here in Fairbanks Alaska with spring finally here! We're going garage saling and then we're going to the farmer's market. Not sure after that but it should be fun. Need to wake dd up so we can get moving. Have a great weekend everyone! Oh, and the blood tests were excellent. Cholesterol was 170!

Hi Tricia:
We heading into a big storm coming any time on. Hurricane Force Winds gusting 70 MPH. Have to buckle down the Hatches. Yikes I don't like that. Can I come to Alaska for a short visit??????????????.Thats great to hear about your cholestrol & blood test. You'll going to be alright follow the SB diet.
my Menu today:
b-melted cheese on a tomato blossom, with 1/2 c 1% milk for tea
s-PB on 2 celery sticks
l-Hot Dog Coin salad with saurkraut,mustard on a bed of lettuce
s-1c yogurt
d-salad with f.v.BBQ chicken(oven baked)1/2 c peas & wild rice.
dessert=1 c yogurt

Here's my menu for today:
B: Scoop cottage cheese, 1 slice ww toast with dab of natural pb, diet Dr. Pepper
S: Fruit shake from the gym (blueberry/banana)
L: Grilled salmon with broccoli
S: Triscuit thins and tuna salad
D: Chicken ceaser salad
Exercise: Weight training-- triceps, biceps, legs, shoulders
