Hello all!
Not much time today, but wanted to start us off. I hope everyone had a great weekend!
B: Scrambled eggs w/ cheese
MS: 4 oz. yogurt
L: 2 Boca Veggie patties (no buns), baby carrots
AS: Peanuts
D: Broiled eggplant steaks with mixed veggies on the side
De: Lemon ricotta creme

Hi Everyone!
Here's what I have planned for today...
B: Scoop cottage cheese with blueberries and almonds, 1 slice WW toast with Smart Balance
S: Diet Dr. Pepper
L: Leftover chicken fajitas with grilled onions and green bell peppers (no tortillas), LF shredded cheese, dab of LF sour cream, black beans, banana "shake"
S: Celery with alouette cheese, V-8
D: Portobello mushroom "pizzas", salad, something with this spaghetti squash I bought
Dessert: Fudge bar
Exercise: 30 minutes eliptical (5000 steps), 30 minutes bike (8 miles)

I'm looking forward to a better week, work-wise. Last week was nuts! I'm also up 1 lb. this morning, but AF arrived last night, so I'm hoping I'll see a real loss by the end of the week.
B - fruit smoothie, 1/2 serving of SBD cereal
S - cheese stix, herbal tea
L - large salad with turkey, BF dressing
S - cucumbers w/ranch dressing, other 1/2 serving of SBD cereal
D - grilled chicken, roasted brocolli, salad, strawberries
S - SBD peanut butter cup
